so I do not know the history behind the items. Most items come from Estate, Yard Sales, Flea Markets ETC. Most all the items are vintage and or have been used or played with previously (unless marked as new). If an item is not received or seems to be no tracking scans updated by the carrier please message me and I will be happy to put in a tracking case with the carrier that normally gets it moving again within a few days. If pictures are not sent or item is not kept for the carrier then no refund will be issued.
Also please keep all original packaging and items for carrier insurance claim as the carrier may ask for it to inspect to process the claim. If an item arrives damaged send me a message, (do not return the item unless requested), please send pictures of all sides of the packaging, the inside with the packing materials, and the damage of the item itself. If item arrives damaged, please send me a picture of damaged item W/ damaged package within 48 hours of delivery. I do my best to work with everyone and package items safely. Please contact me with any shipping issues before leaving negative or neutral feedback. Please look at the handling time on each listing before purchase.
Some of our items from the manufacture and have different shipping times. If you order before 9:00am CST most orders will be shipped that day. Most items are shipped within 24 hours of payment received. Payment is expected within 24 hours or purchase.
